If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return the hearing aid within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange. The product must be in its original condition, with all accessories and packaging included. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team below.
Are there any maintenance or cleaning tips for the hearing aids? We recommend regular cleaning using a soft, dry cloth and avoiding exposure to moisture or harsh chemicals. For detailed maintenance instructions, refer to the user manual provided with the product.
What should i do if i experience feedback or whistling sounds? Feedback or whistling can occur if the hearing aid isn't seated properly or if the volume is set too high. Ensure a snug fit and try reducing the volume.
Are the hearing aids water-resistant? The Rechargeable Hearing Aids are designed to be durable and can withstand everyday moisture, but they should not be submerged in water.
